Sijunjung Tourism

Sijunjung District (formerly called Sawahlunto Sijunjung District) is one of the districts of West Sumatra province, Indonesia. The capital of this district is Muaro Sijunjung. Currently, Sijunjung district has an area of 3130.80 km² consisting of 8 districts with a population of more than 202,000 inhabitants.

Arung Jeram

The Batang Kuantan River Flow is one of the extreme tracks for rafting sports in Sijunjung District, West Sumatra Province. This river has a dangerous and challenging rapids. Especially when the rain falls and the flow of water increases, the flow of Kuantan Trunk will be felt increasingly heavy. The 38 km long river is formed from a combination of two major rivers in West Sumatra, namely Batang Ombilin and Batang Palangki. It makes this river one of the largest rivers in the province.

Ngalau or Goa Talago is located in kenagari Silokek, Sijunjung Regency, from the city center to Silokek 45 minutes from the center of Muaro City by riding a motorcycle or car.
